Description
The Bicycle Full Frame Jig Kit includes all of the fixtures and hardware you need to get your bicycle frame jig (welding jig) started. You will need to supply 17'.5 of 2"x3" (1/8" wall) tubing and 10.5' of 2"x2" (1/8" wall) tubing for the jig to be assembled as shown. See the assembly instructions for the tubing cut list and information on using all 2"x2" or metric tubing. Structural tubing can be found at your local metal supply shop or welding/fabricating shop. The frame jig kit bolts together so you can easily reconfigure the jig or break it down to store or move. The head tube fixture will accommodate head tube angles from 40 to 75 degrees from horizontal. If mounted to a 2"x2" upright, it can go to 90 degrees by flipping around the rod block. The seat tube fixture will accommodate seat tubes from 30 to 90 degrees from horizontal. The rear axle (dropout) fixture clamps tubing or threaded rod from .3" to 1.25" in diameter (dummy hub/axle). All main fixture plates in the Full Frame Jig Kit are laser cut from 1/4" mild steel and are powder coated black.

- Head Tube Fixture

- Bottom Bracket Fixture
- Bottom Bracket Cones - Zinc-plated steel (upgrade to stainless steel cones for $28 USD)

- Seat Tube Cone - Zinc-plated steel (upgrade to stainless steel cones or $8 USD)
- Rear Axle Fixture (dropout fixture)
- 3/8" Dummy Hub / Axle (6" tube unless specified, see below)

Feet Kit (upgrade to Swivel Leveling Feet for $40 USD)
Dummy Hub Tube Length is the distance between your rear dropouts. The tube will be shipped 6" long (so you can cut it to length), unless a different tube length is selected. For all sizes, the threaded rod that runs through the tube is 2" longer than the tube. If you need a custom size (up to 8" or 200mm), select "other" and message us after you place your order. Purchase extra Dummy Hub / Axles for each rear hub size you plan use.
