Do-it-yourself universal hardtail kits give you more control over the final look of your motorcycle than a pre-welded hardtail section. The tubes come bent, so you don't need a tubing bender. You can create almost any drop and typically at least a 6" stretch (more, depending on your frame). Choose 1", 1-1/8", or 1-1/4" DOM tubing, which is stronger and more uniform than ERW, or the 1" and 1-1/8" kit requested for Harley Big Twin frames.
