Return Eligibility

New, unused items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 12% restocking fee.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused
• Be in original condition
• Include all original packaging and components

Used, installed, modified, or damaged items are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

We do not offer free return shipping.

If you decide you no longer want an item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring high-value items, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

• The item must be unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
