Processing Time

Orders typically ship out in 1 to 3 business days.
If we are behind, a notice at the top of the site will provide details.

Free Shipping (U.S.)

We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $99 to:

  • The contiguous 48 states
  • Washington, DC
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international destinations.

  2. Click Checkout
  3. Enter your shipping address

Available rates will be displayed before payment.

Transit Times & Carrier Delays

Any delivery time estimates shown at checkout are provided by Shopify or the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, transit times are outside of our control.

Delays may occur due to weather, high carrier volume, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your shipment appears delayed, contact us, and we will assist in investigating with the carrier.

International Orders

We ship internationally on a regular basis.

International shipping rates do not include duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility and may be collected by the carrier or your local customs office.

Canada Customers

If available, FedEx Ground to Canada typically results in higher customs clearance fees than FedEx International Economy or FedEx International Priority.

If you are unfamiliar with importing goods into Canada via FedEx, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of:

  • The outer packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The packing materials
  • The damaged item(s)

Please retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

If a shipment is lost or is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us promptly so we can assist in initiating a carrier investigation. Chop Source is not responsible for packages once confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout, but we will work with you to help resolve the issue.
