The Chop Source Full Frame Jig Kit includes all of the fixtures and hardware you need to get your motorcycle frame jig (welding jig) started. You need to supply 17' of 2"x3" (1/8" wall) tubing and 6.5' of 2"x2" (1/8" wall) tubing for the jig to be assembled as shown. See the assembly instructions for the tubing cut list and information on using all 2"x2" or metric tubing. Structural tubing can be found at your local metal supply shop or welding/fabricating shop. The frame jig kit bolts together so you can easily reconfigure the jig or break it down to store or move. The neck fixture will accommodate rakes from 15 degrees to 60 degrees.
All fixture plates in the Full Frame Jig Kit are laser cut from 1/4" mild steel and are powder coated black.
The Full Frame Jig Kit Includes:
Basic Kit
- Neck Fixture (version 2.0)
- Axle Plate Fixture
- Two Base Clamps
- 1018 Mild Steel Neck Cones (can upgrade to stainless steel cones +$22).
Plus:
- Feet Kit (can upgrade to Swivel Leveling Feet +$40)
- Adjustable Width Fixture or Center Fixture.
- 3/4" or 5/8" Threaded Rods and Spacers (1" size is +$18)MADE IN THE USA.
The most popular bundle we sell is this product as configured when you open this page. About 25% of our customers upgrade the cones to stainless steel, about 30% upgrade to heavy-duty swivel leveling feet, over 80% order the 3/4" threaded rods and spacers, and over 95% order the adjustable width fixture. Well worth the money. Kit was packaged very well. Instructions were NOT lacking. Great product, definitely recommend. FYI, I purchased the Chop Source rotisserie at the same time. If you’re on the fence, just do yourself a favor and get both.

Took about a hour to set up. I have a 02 sporty frame in it. Going to extend to inches and make into a hard tail. This jig will help out greatly. Perfect for the weekend warrior .Great company to work with

I am 67 yrs. old and been into mechanics for 49 years. It is nice to receive something that is every thing the ad said it would be.
