Details

The Chop Source Basic Frame Jig Kit includes the essential fixtures to get you started with building your motorcycle frame welding jig. You need to supply the 2"x3" or 2"x2" (1/8" wall) tubing for the jig. See the assembly instructions for the tubing cut list and information on using all 2"x2" or metric tubing. Structural tubing can be found at your local metal supply shop or welding/fabricating shop. The frame jig kit bolts together so you can easily reconfigure the jig, or break it down to store or move. No welding is required for the fixtures included in this kit. The neck fixture will accommodate rakes from 15 degrees to 60 degrees.

All fixture plates in the Basic Frame Jig Kit are powder coated black.

Great product. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend

The basic essentials for a frame jig is all in this kit. Nothing fancy about it, just pick up a stick of 11guage 2x3, cut to length and assemble. I was seriously done with it in less then 30 minutes. I've already bent up a frame using it!
