Chop Source wheel spacers for the Razor Dirt Quad 24v electric ATV increase stability and prevent tip-overs. These ATVs have a sharp turning radius and narrow track width. The kit includes 1.5" spacers for the front wheels and 1" spacers for the rear wheels, increasing the track width by 3" in the front and 2" in the rear, bringing the outside-to-outside tire measurements to 25" in the front and 25-5/8" in the rear. In our opinion, this is the way these machines should have come from the manufacturer. With our wheel spacer kit, the Dirt Quad looks more balanced and is much more stable.
The kit includes 12 CNC-machined aluminum spacers, 4 plastic aligners, and all the metric hardware needed for installation. The high-strength grade 12.9 bolts are zinc-plated for superior corrosion resistance. Nylon lock nuts are included for extra security. The aluminum spacers lock into the plastic aligners, making installation very easy. The aligners are not structural and are only used to make installation easier, but if a plastic aligner is ever damaged or broken, we will replace it for free. Detailed installation instructions are included.
This easy bolt-on modification will also work on the Razor Dirt Quad 500 36v electric ATV. There are many similar electric ATVs on the market, and customers have also said they work with the HYPER GOGO electric ATV, the 36v Tesla Cyberquad, the 36v electric ATV from Elegant Electronix, and some Pulse 24v ATVs.
