Details

The Chop Source Frame Jig Neck Fixture is used to hold the steering neck of your motorcycle or mini bike frame in the welding jig. It will accommodate rakes from 15 to 60 degrees. It includes two side plates, 3/4" threaded rod, the "rod block", aluminum threaded spacer, and hardware. The neck cones are sold separately. The Neck Fixture works with both 2"x2" and 2"x3" tubing.

The large CNC threaded spacer (machined from 6061 aluminum) ensures that the threaded rod and rod block are accurately aligned to each other. The side plates are powder coated black. The rod block is TIG welded and powder coated black.

This fixture can be used for mini bicycle frames as well. It is the same as our Head Tube Fixture.

Very well made! I was definitely impressed with fit, finish and functionality of this product. I had already built my own jig previously, but this is the icing on the cake!

Excellent product

I am building a frame for Honda CB750 DOHC with a Ducati 1098S triple clamp and its single sided swing arm. I found Travis' Jig Neck Fixture and initially thought that I would just make my own. I changed my mind and ordered this product. The design, workmanship and finish is incredible. Just to accumulate the parts to replicate this product would cost more than its price. I would have paid double for this product.

Kept my steering angle intact during my build.

The most important part of the jig for me. I cut a oem frame in half and modified it and needed the know for sure the 2 halves wouldn't move and that my steering angle would stay the same and this fixture did the trick perfectly.
